Having read that some multiregion advertised players don't work without a code being entered, I can confirm that this player played Region 1 and 2 DVDs equally well.
The picture is clear and the unit is easy to use. The carry case is very smart and roomy. Another player I bought had a very cramped bag.
To be recommended, but I haven't compared with other multiregion players advertised on the Amazon site.
