Great tele............great price - 21 May 2006

I've had it for about 6 months now and am very pleased with it. It incorporates all the high tech stuff (HD ready, Bravia, HDMI input) at a pretty low price.
Bought mine for £830
Excellent picture quality and the sound is amazing, considering the small indiscrete speakers at the front. The one thing i love about this tele is it has a TV program viewer which tells you whats on every channel simultaneously, it also sorts out which films are coming on today and can remind you before they start.
Brilliant tele, nice price, highly recommended.

Very easy to setup, my 13 yr old did it in 10 minutes. Picture and sound quality excellent. If you have other Sony products such as VCR wth Smartlink then recording is very simple.

Very pleased. Expensive compared to older technologies but e.g. lighter, easier to move. Very useful to have inbuilt digital tuner. Excellent: picture and sound quality, ease of tuning, electronic programme guide, etc. Instruction leaflet is not brilliant but most facilities are reasonably accessible via menus (or have I missed some?). Rather marginal here for reception of digital but OK for programmes that matter. However interesting that reception of weakest stations is not necessarily better than with the previous cheap set top digital tuner.

Excellent picture and sound. Especially on films. There's some occassional blurring on football/rubgy matches (but quality no worse than my 12yr old 21" tv and this varies between broadcasters). Well worth the money.
Get Digital Ready, plus £200 cheaper than the High St. - 14 Feb 2006

Not sure about this item till we went to a couple of stores in the High St. saw the Sony alongside other manufactureres and there was a distinct difference. The others did not have the clarity or richness of colour. It arrived this afternoon and was unpacked connected and had automatically tuned itself up within the hour over 50 stations plus digi radio cannot be bad.. Pleased we made the move..
