Basically this does exactly what it says on the tin. There are loads of inputs on the back and the picture quality is lovely.
I bought it for my son as he needed a tv, a computer monitor, and also something to play his ps2 on. It does all three brilliantly. His computer is hooked up to the pc input (standard 15 pin vga), the tv into the aerial socket (coaxial) and his ps2 using the s-video, l&r audio inputs. This still leaves a free scart socket (for a dvd or freeview box) AND a set of standard component inputs (l&r audio & video). About the only input it doesn't have is one of the newer DVI inputs that come with modern graphics cards, but i'm sure there is a dvi to 15 pin adapter out there somewhere.
I personally think that for the price, the picture quality is excellent. I have seen lots of tv's around this price bracket, but not with the high resolution that this model has. The 1024 x 768 XGA displays particualrily well when used as a pc monitor. DVD's look great when using the ps2 as a DVD player(ive used the s video to connect the ps2, as this cuts out the 'green screen' effect when using a scart connection on a ps2). The TV also looks good (although this will obviously depend on the quality of the signal coming into the tv).
