This product worked ok for five months and now it won't load any discs.The problem is similar to that described above. Buy one from the high st instead.

I have already submitted a review of this piece of trash, but Amazon chose not to include it in their list of customer thoughts - if you're going to censor them why bother having it?
Packed up after playing half of one film. Amazon expect you to pay the return postage on this item - hardly worth it. If you want a cheap and cheerful small DVD player do what I did - get one from Asda, £3 cheaper and playing like a dream.
Now you can get the blue pen out again Amazon.

We bought this DVD player back in November 2006. It was always quite tricky but we put it down to the fact that we had paid just under £20 for it (it is cheaper now). Due to that, we never used it much. Then it stopped working altogether. After lengthy negotiations with the sellers, we finally received our replacement a couple of days ago. But the new one won't even play...

I bought one in July 07. It worked fine until about December at which point it started saying 'Bad Disc' when we put anything in it. The 1 year warranty refers to a website that doesn't exist. So do not buy one of these.
