sorry no jargon but...i own one of these, like most people we do not have a huge living room and did not want the room taken over by the tv. firstly picture and sound is excellent. we have the set connected to our PS3, the games and blu ray films are amazing. i know some people say you won't notice a difference with 1080p on a 32 inch tv, but all i can say is the pictures fanastic and knowing i am getting the full potential from my blu ray is peace of mind. as i do not want a larger screen,i would always be wondering what i was missing with a lower rate picture
