Superb value!!! Better than the Bravia? - 22 Mar 2008

I have had one of these now for about 2 months and I don't have a single bad word to say about it. As an upgrade and voyage into the world of HD from my old 32" Sony CRT; It was instantly a completely different animal, flawless picture (with Blueray it really is something else!) upscaled DVDs look excellent to boot!
I compare about 10 or so 32" LCDs in my local Comet and this was the winner clearly, not the cheapest nor the most expensive as I did intend to get a Sony but on comparison the LG really and deeper darker blacks and blues, I guess thats really down to preference?
All round good buy!!

Bought this 3 months and am very pleased with it.
Picture really good-far better than Sony in same price band. Soun would be the only downer- fine for normal programmes, but not brill for big movies, but hey I already have surround system - its the picture I am really impressed with.
Ah one other downer it is now £100 cheaper at richer sounds

How do you choose a LCD TV from all those available? LG scores as follows:Looks 10/10.Price 10/10.Picture 9/10.Sound 8/10.Features 8/10.Connections 9/10.Ease of set up 10/10.I would have no hesitation in recommending the LG.
